1. Acknowledgment of Risks
By attending an Alternate Basketball Experience (ABE) event, you understand that participation in the event and all related activities — including consuming any food or beverages served through concessions, VIP service, or complimentary offerings — may involve inherent risks. These risks include but are not limited to foodborne illnesses, allergic reactions, and alcohol-related incidents. You assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, that may occur as a result of attending or participating in any ABE event.
2. Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability
You hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Alternate Basketball Experience, its organizers, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, venue partners, and sponsors (collectively, "Released Parties") from any and all liability for any loss, damages, injury, or death arising from your attendance at or participation in any ABE event, whether caused by the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise.
3. Behavior and Damage Responsibility
You agree to conduct yourself in a respectful and lawful manner throughout the duration of any ABE event. You are solely responsible for any damages to property or injuries to yourself or others caused by your actions. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties for any damages or claims arising from your conduct at an ABE event.
4. Alcohol Consumption
If alcohol is available at an ABE event, you affirm that you are of legal drinking age (21+) and agree to consume alcohol responsibly. ABE and the Released Parties are not responsible for any incidents, injuries, or damages resulting from alcohol consumption at any event.
5. Responsibility for Actions
You are fully responsible for your actions and their consequences while attending any ABE event. This includes any injuries or damages you may cause to yourself, other attendees, venue staff, or property at the event location.
6. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the jurisdiction in which Alternate Basketball Experience events are held.
7. Agreement to Terms
By completing your ticket purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions of this Liability Waiver. You acknowledge that this agreement is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted under Pennsylvania law, and that if any portion is held invalid, the remaining terms shall continue in full legal force and effect.
By Purchasing a Ticket to an ABE Event, You Acknowledge and Agree:

By purchasing a ticket to any Alternate Basketball Experience event, you are signing this agreement electronically. You agree that your electronic signature carries the same legal weight as your handwritten signature on this agreement.
